It's something that you can listen to while riding the train, or doing other daily activities." States Justin Kleiner. In listening to his music, it is obvious that this idea was an integral part of its creation. But, at the same time, it is also influenced very deeply by atmospheric and ambient music. While the beats provide the music with grounding, the textures play an ever important role in his music, stating that "While rhythm oriented music is very accessible, it is difficult to convey the emotions that I want to express when the focus is on the beats. The textures of stringed instruments [for example] lend themselves to creating an atmosphere, which is very important to me." The result of these ideas is a dichotomy of rhythm and atmosphere to create music that is ethereal and calm, yet still remains very accessible due to its foundation of beats.
